PAS-6: Extension for Filing Form PAS-6 Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report

PAS-6

As per General Circular No. 16/2019 dated 28^th November, 2019, the time limit for filing form PAS-6 under rule 9A(8) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 has been extended without any additional fees for a half year ended on 30.09.2019 by 60 (Sixty) days from the date of deployment of the form.

What is PAS-6 ?

PAS-6 is an e- form (Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report)

To whom the PAS-6 is applicable?

PAS-6 is applicable for every unlisted public company.
